Founded in 2015, and proudly endorsed by the City of Windhoek Traffic Department, Swakopmund Traffic Services, and AA Namibia, Learners4U started as a simple app—and has now grown into a full-service learner and driver training academy.
We are a proudly Namibian innovation developed by NamCloud Investments cc, combining local ICT excellence with traffic education expertise. Our mission? To create a smarter, safer generation of Namibian drivers—while helping young people upskill and beat unemployment.
